Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Due to hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products that have already been opened from their packaging. PLEASE ensure you are ordering the correct size bed and cover. If you ordering a bed Cover and you are unsure of the bed size, send us your measurments and we will confirm the correct Cover size for your bed. 

To return an unopened, unused item/s (not appilcable to custom orders) please do so within 7 days of delivery. We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


If the return is due to wrong size or change of mind, you are responsible for the return freight and the replacement item freight charges. We are happy to co-ordinate the return shipment so you can utilise any discount rate that may be available to us. 

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN OPENED / USED BY YOUR PET, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
